Radio Nest Terms of Service & Legal Regulations

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any services provided by Radio Nest (“we,” “us,” “our”), including but not limited to radio hosting, streaming servers, control panel access, radio websites, Alexa Skills, and related products, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Radio Nest offers comprehensive internet radio solutions including hosting, streaming servers (shared, VPS, and dedicated), radio control panels, professionally designed radio websites, Alexa Skills integration, and support services.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for all content you broadcast, upload, or publish using our services.
  • While we recommend that you obtain all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to stream or distribute your content legally, we do not require proof of such licenses to use our services.
  • You agree not to use our services for unlawful activities, copyright infringement, abusive behavior, or distribution of malicious content.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Amazon Alexa’s policies (for Alexa Skills) is mandatory.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Payments must be made according to the chosen plan and billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not available.
  • You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

6. Service Availability and Support

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We disclaim liability for downtime or data loss.
  • Support is available and on hand to assist with service-related issues. Response times may vary depending on the nature of the issue and the support queue.

7. Content Ownership and License

  • You retain full ownership of your content.
  • By using our services, you grant Radio Nest a non-exclusive license to host, stream, distribute, and otherwise use your content as necessary to provide the services.
  • For Alexa Skills, you also agree to the content streaming through Amazon’s platform under their terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and proprietary content provided by Radio Nest are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy

  • We collect only necessary data to provide and improve our services.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or to deliver services.
  • Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at our discretion for violations of these Terms, unlawful activities, or misuse, without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Radio Nest is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Radio Nest from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or infringement of rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Radio Nest operates.
